COVID 19 - Operations Update

For the safety of our employees and to continue to provide a high level of continued customer service, we have implemented the following changes based upon the latest government advice.

All of our office-based employees are now working remotely, we are still contactable via telephone / email and although we have cancelled all travel, we can provide virtual meetings to support your teams and business.

All of our customer audits will continue as planned, but will all be performed remotely up until 31st May, in line with UKAS guidelines, after which we will review this advice.

Our testing laboratory is fully operational and taking the necessary precautions to protect themselves and colleagues by following the government guidance of operating at a 2m distance from each other, cleaning of equipment and ensuring regular hand washing.

We will be constantly reviewing the government guidelines / advice moving forward and should this situation change then I will provide you with a further update.
