What is NPS?
Our survey includes a Net Promoter Score (NPS) question. NPS measures how likely you are to recommend BASEC to a friend, colleague or industry peer.
It’s a simple way to capture overall sentiment, alongside other questions that focus on specific aspects of your experience. By combining these insights, we can better understand what matters most to our customers and where we should focus our efforts.
Consistently strong feedback helps us continue to invest in what works, while constructive feedback helps us make meaningful improvements.
