BASEC launches customer experience improvement programme

In order to improve BASEC’s service and offering to the market, we have launched a regular survey to help us to better understand how our customers are feeling about the services they are receiving.

The survey will provide our customer and contact base with the opportunity to regularly share their experiences and comment on how we are doing. The outcomes of the survey will be fed back into the business, converting the recommendations made into real business actions.

Our aim is to continually improve our processes, in order to better support the worldwide cable industry.

As our way of giving back to the electrical community, for every completed survey submitted we will donate to the Electrical Industries Charity, a service which offers practical support, funding and advice to those in need, working within the electrical industry.
