Sample shipping and festive closures

Please note that we will accept sample deliveries to our UK site until 12pm (GMT) on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025. We kindly request that you make arrangements to ensure your samples arrive on or before this date.

Over the holidays, our UK site will close from 5pm on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 and re-open from 8:30am Friday 2nd January 2026.

Our BASEC Middle East, Dubai Lab will remain open as usual throughout the holidays, closing only on Thursday 1st January 2026.
