The ceremony will see the best of UK marketing’s talent compete to be rewarded for their marketing campaigns and marketers over the last twelve months.

BASEC hope to be crowned in the Best Customer Experience category for delivering increased marketing excellence to better support their customer and contact base.

Harpreet Suree, marketing manager of BASEC said: “2019 has been a year of firsts for BASEC. The highlights include the implementation of regional teams dedicated to enhancing local expertise, the development of new products and services tailored to meet customer requirements and the execution of increased marketing efforts through a structured marketing mix, including technical content, advertising and most importantly the launch of our Voice of Customer survey programme.”

“The valuable insights we have gathered from the first surveys have already impacted the organisation for the better and provided data to support activities we are planning for the future. The team and I are extremely proud of the work that has been undertaken, to deliver what we believe to be, the best customer experience yet!”

Chris Daly, chief executive of CIM said, “In uncertain times, the UK marketing industry has risen to the challenge to produce high quality campaigns and significant rewards. For over a decade, our Marketing Excellence Awards have recognised the industry’s achievements and high achievers, but, this year, picking a short list has proved harder than ever.”

“I would like to offer my congratulations to all those who have been short listed; they represent the very best in the UK’s marketing talent.”
