Your Feedback Wanted: BASEC Surveys

We engage with our clients in numerous ways to find out how exactly we are doing and what steps we need to take in order to improve. Customer feedback is important to BASEC so we can strive towards getting things right.

BASEC has launched new customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback from clients who have taken advantage of our certification and testing services.

We recognise that customer satisfaction surveys provide a real insight into how our clients view BASEC and the level of service we provide. We are continually looking to make positive changes to develop our organisation as a result of the feedback received. We are committed to continuous improvement and it is time to ask our clients to share their views with us. BASEC urges all of the customers we serve and interact with to please take the time to complete the survey and we can assure your responses will be used to enhance the level of service we provide.

We ask all customers to please login to the client area where you can find and complete these surveys, each will only take a few minutes of your time.
